This website was created to improve the living conditions of our residents, as opposed to the existing management agent –Trimark Corporation and Board which do not cope with their direct functions.

The creators of this web resource do not pursue any material benefits for themselves. The creators of the websites are owners of the Unites at Lorcom House Condominium, but we are not part of the current Board.

LORCOM HOUSE CONDOMINIUMS is a 60-unit community located in Arlington, VA. The address is 4401 Cherry Hill Road, Arlington, VA 22207. Built in 1965, the property consists of one seven-story building at the intersection of Cherry Hill Road (former Lee HWY) and Lorcom Lane.
