This website includes the private information about Lorcom House Condominium and intended to be used only by the owners of Lorcom House Condominium. This website was created to improve the living conditions of our residents, as opposed to the existing management agent –Trimark Corporation and Board which does not cope with their direct functions.

The creators of this web resource do not pursue any material benefits for themselves. 

This is not a commercial website! Our main goal is to provide normal living conditions for residents and complete financial transparency of the Association spending and full accountability of managing agent and Association Board!
